Right, I've recently noticed that in 6.1, my faction heirs have had one less command than they should, and that my leaders have had 3 less authority and 2 less command. The command isn't as much an issue as the authority, because the only other reliable way to get authority is either ramp up taxes to very high and kill a bunch of people, or make them very low and kill a bunch of people. Low taxes give bad traits along with the chivalry and authority, and high taxes are just bad if you ever plan on having cities.
So, why aren't these traits working properly? (this is 6.1 if that makes any difference)
