ask brusilov that...he should know...i think he answered somewhere...similar problem...

are you using bloom effect??If it is so you need to click shift+F12 to solve it...

The first shot is apparently without bloom.

What drivers do you have with the 5850? What does vanilla RTW look like with this card?

I have nvidia 9800gt and i have latest drivers 258 version.

I fix my problem i reinstal game, and install mod on desktop then i copy whole mod in RTW map

i just try the vanilla, and it work fine. No problem.
I am using Drivers Catalyst 10.8

edit : every time i launch the mod, i have black screen with some green pixels on the top left of the screen. Need to alt+tab and wait 30sc to go back to the game.

That's a feature of using the 'bloom' effect. It is mentioned in the Release Thread.
