RTW minimizes on startup

I'm running RTW on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I installed RTW with no problems. However, when I try to launch the game it instantly minimizes. It's still running, but it won't let me access it. I already turned off the UAC, so I don't know what the problem is.

Are you logged in as Administrator?

Have you set the shortcut to runas administrator?

Have you set it for XP compatibility?

I am logged in as admin. I set the shortcut to run as admin, and I set it for windows xp SP2 compatibility. I ran it through that, and it still minimizes.

Check your security clearance for rome.exe.

I use Zone Alarm and I can set each program manually. I had to do it that way everytime Sega updated Empier because the .exe changed from the previous version.

Any others have to have way.

I'm also running Win 7, Pro, 64bit.

What are your computer specs as in cou, ram, graphics card/chip, amount of dedicated graphics memory?

Nevermind, RTW is running fine now. The problem seems to be caused by Firefox or another program forcing RTW to close. When I turned off all programs except RTW, it worked fine.
