    Default A few questions

First, I want to say that RSII, Altough I just started to explore the mod, is the most impressing Total War mod in classical age (Viking Invasion II is my fav in med times).
    Now there are two things:
1)I encountered a problem with the vegetation setting in the launcher. I set everything (ingame and in the Launcher) to the highest, except for the unit detail(because of the sprite thing you wrote about) and the Antialiasing (I made it via Nvidia menu). I started the campaign, read through the building descriptions and then decide to attack Hannibal. But when the battle started, the game was extremely laggy. After around 10 seconds, the game crashed to desktop. I started the game again, tried it once more and encountered the same error again. Then I set the vegetation setting in the launcher to default, and now everything works fine, no lag or crash, and I personally see no difference at the vegetation.
    2) There isa bloom option, and it says there are instructions necessary. There are the three options: dark, light and custom. Could you be so kind to explain me the right usage, please?

    1) The difference in the vegetation is the number of trees being shown. On the lower setting there are less trees and, therefore, less for your graphics card ot handle.

    2) There are four settings for bloom as there is a 'none option'. Once you've selected to use the bloom that's really the only way to switch it off - if you uncheck the optionon the lancher the effects remain.

    And another question:
There are many references to the pharoah. I only know the term pharaoh. Is it a spelling mistake or another language (greek for example)?

Yes, they had Greek names then. After the death of Alexander (323 BC or M.X. in Greek language...), one of his generals called "Ptolemeos". Took the Egypt as his Kingdom after many battles with the other Alexander's generals (Successors).

Until today, some Greeks lives in Alexandreia... probably "children" of ancient Greeks who lived there.

Whoops, that looks like a spelling mistake on our part. Where is it written Pharoah?

My Hannibal battle was very laggy as well (I set high vegetation in the launcher) but it became playable when I set the vegetation to medium in the video options. Next time I'm going to try normal vegetation in the launcher but set it on high in vid. options. Like they said vegetation is definitely the biggest system hog here.
