Forget the white uniforms bug..look what I've got!

Hello everyone!
If you have a look at the screenshots below you will no doubt see a nasty graphics bug. This bug has been added to on top of the white coats bug which I also get occasionally. Now, does anyone know why this is?
It is very troubling and there is rep for whoever gets it first!
So can it be fixed?

My specs: CPU: Core 2 quad
Graphics: Nvidia GTS 250 1024Mb I play maxed no lag.(Latest drivers)
RAM:4GB(3.25 Useable)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.

yeh, I've had that occasionally in larger battles when I've got the white uniforms bug. Sometimes when I minimise the game, I get that nasty sight.

Corporal did you minimise the game old bean? Do a verify game cache and see if that fixes it. Could be some corrupted files.

Exactly the smae problem, just keep minimizing, also i hear the foreign legions mod fixes it, or could that be the renders mod either way i hear that there is a mod that helps with this stuff

We nearly have the same specs ex that I use winxp service pack 3.

gpu: GTX 285
ram: 4gb(3gb usable)

Set to max and I get that if i have aa and af are set to 8x and 16x respectively. What's your aa and af settings?

Re-minimizing fixed it for me once.

Well, I generally just try to max everything out, I like my eye candy old bean.
But Wow! Quite remarkable! I only recently upgraded to Windows 7 too!

Try the foreign legions mod old chap it fixed things for me!
Also you might want to delete your fx.cache folder in your C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\fx_cache
give that a try mate.

I will try this, old bean, I am playing the game at the moment and have had no bugs! Let's hope it stays this way eh wot?

Yes I do.
Graphics card have a certain set of colors they work on; they are loaded when you startup the game.
On the desktop, different colors then the TW ones are used; Windows activates that set when you minimize.
TW appears to forget to reactivate its own when it's re-maximized.

This happened to me once in Order of War.

Thankfully, it was only one battle. Afterwards, all was normal. Though, it was quite entertaining seeing Russian and Courlander zombies battle it out.

Just a small question, kind sirs, sometimes when I try the suggested strategy and minimise the game before continuing, I still get this bug, although not the zombie one, the white coat one, it is still very annoying. Is there some way to dodge around this?
