Starting problem ?

Hey

I just downloaded the mod and everything went good. I downloaded the mod in the the Creative A.-folder but when i want to play i get: Have you selected the faction which you want to play with already?
Then: If you get this error, then you've probaly done something wrong, please report the next three messages.
First one, he says that i didn't downloaded it the in the correct folder
the second and third are :" Engine: Rome:TW-BI.exe,Faction campaign:-mod:" and "In total: 'RomeTW-BI.exe -mod: -show_err -nm -movie_cam' ".

Help!
I don't understand this

There is one little thing in the downloading, i hadn't those maps in the set-up in the Creative A. folder. The only thing there was was "Rome:Total war. folders like RSII Beta, RSII Ready and RSII_public didn't excist.

First of all welcome to the forum.

The RSII Beta, RSII Ready and RSII_Public folders are just different copies of my RTW install I have ready for various things. I installed RSII (public released version) into RSII_Public so I know what was in there. It's simply a copy of my 'Rome - Total War' folder.

We do that to ensure that there is a clean working copy of RTW on the PC - so if I mess up an install I can just delete the folder the mod was in and then start again. This approach does mean that I don't have to uninstall and reinstall RTW again.

When you see the message it usually means that the install did not work or you are trying to use an exe that is not in your install.

At the end of the install process your folder contents should look like the following (you may not have the RTW Alexander exe):

Yeah choose RTW as the exe. in your launcher.

Everything works now, it had something to do with the "Data".

But i can't save. I think it because the script was actived.
