Icon10 I should have been a beta tester!:) I am a magnet for problems!

Had a few weird things happen while playing my Sparta campaign.

    1. I layed seige to Olympia and after 3 turns I got challenged by the rebel army from within, as the battle map loaded I find myself being charged by the rebels at which time I tried to get myself organised and get my men into a formation. Well as soon as I ordered them to more some units started to dispurse, it looked like a crowed running from an explosion, they went in all different directions. It cracked me up at first cause it looked like a disorganised riot(as opposed to usual organised RTW riot where they all riot as a unit and run in the same direction without breaking the line). Anyway they dispersed, run for a wee distance and then stopped, from then I could not move them or do anything with them. This happened to at least 5 of my units simultaniously. When the enemy line finaly reached my men they suddenly decided to start moving but too little too late, slaughter followed.

    2. This happened straight after the battle. As you probably guessed I lost since half my men stood around like tourists and got slaughtered. Well when the campaign map was loaded my army(or what was left of it) was teleported to Chalkis Island! What gives?!

I had the same issue while playing as the Cimbri. I was besieging a settlement and some of my units just disperesd instead of following my commands.

BTW there really should be a bugs thread......

There is in the RS 2 technical support subforum.
That issue could be because of the rocks.

Found something else too. I have 3 dudes in my campaign but only 2 of them show up on the family tree. Now at first I thought that the 3rd guy was just a general but he got nominated as a heir when my original heir died. He does not appear on the family tree but he is defenetly family. Am I missing something here?

Nope, there are characters who don't show up on your family tree. It was something that we encountered as we were building the whole thing. DVK will be able to explain it better than I can.

He is from a different family. Only the ruling family will be displayed in your family tree.

But if he is from another family how does he get nominated as a heir to the throne? Does that mean if he becomes a king that would start a new family tree?

That would be awesome if you could change the ruling family. I need another mithradates as king on my pontos campaign, but first i need someone to name their son that.

Stop spamming up a thread to increase your post count.

Beta testing is not fun. Believe me - it's hard work.
