It was already know that the AI cheats or am i wrong? the ai can cheat to compensate the lack of human intelligence.

Yes, but that sounds like a new way of cheating. Getting through where you shouldn't be able is something I haven't heard of. Knowing where exactly it gets through would of course be interesting... The first post is kind of vague.
I'm pretty sure I've had something like this happen to me once. The saves are long overwritten but I'll see if I have screens.
E: nope, no screens either.
if an army is defeated whilst on a campaign map tile right next to a river, sometimes the defeated army will jump across the river, could this have happened to you?
Playing as Eraidor i have the south river that runs from the mountains to the sea blocked with an army on every bridge.I saw a RHUN army approaching and headed towards Lond Daer.Somehow that army got through between the bridge of Lond Daer and the Bridge south of Argond. The placement of that army was in the middle of the 2 bridges. The next turn it was on the other side headed towards my capitol city Bree going through Argond.Like i said i had every passage blocked. At least 7 enemy armies have got through. So now guarding a bridge is useless ,at least that river.
It's a little unclear from your comment so I'll ask just to make sure: You know that there is a bridge between Argond and Lond Daer right? There's a bridge at Lond Daer itself, a bridge south of Argond, and a bridge between Argond and Lond Daer.
And I don't even want to ask how Rhun got all the way over to Lond Daer. lol.

3 things to make your comment false.
A) The enemy was hiding in the woods and came out
B) Well, there must be a river or pass you did not see
C) The enemy army was there and you just did not see it through FoW
You haven't played much M2TW, have you. ;-)
When they are on a crusade - for AI they are exclusively meant for the target of it - they attack noone and nothing else and rarely are attacked themselves - only by their original enemies (so Rhun would be stabbed by Dale on his trip back if Dale general had an order of attack prior to Rhun guy joining a crusade).
I've had the AI cheat as well, and in a really annoying way.
I was playing Eriador, and fighting against Orcs of the Misty Mountains. I held Moria, Mountain Fort, Amon Gastal, and Ost-in-Edhil in that area. There was a huge force besieging Moria, more than I could fight off with the garrison I had there. I was gathering a relief force to go break the siege, and to buy some time I had sallied out to break up their rams and towers.
So I end my turn, and they will need to build more seige equipment, right? Nope. They go ahead and siege, as if I never destroyed anything. Either the AI built new siege equipment instantly, or it ignored the fact that I destroyed it.
