yeah, i find it alot slower also, unit speeds are slower as well... makes it more realistic i suppose

If you're reffering to campaign map lag it does happen on liwer end systems...
And yes the movement rates are somewhat reduced... More realistic, it seems.
Maybe this should get moved to the RTR sub fora of the Major Modifications Projects... maybe not.
