Tried them again but with no upgrades and the skins were a OK, possibly the armour or weapon upgrade does it? Most likely armour as it reskins them right?

I searched for the Transilvanian_peasant_ug1.mesh files in ee_peasant folder and found nothing. I think that's the problem, files missing.

If a file mentioned in the BMDB doesn't exists in a mod then it will be picked from the .pack files and if it's a new file that the .pack file doesn't have then BAM CTD.

Some captains in the Lithuanian cavalry have this silver texture thing and some templar knights when you upgrade their armour.
