Hi all
was just wondering if anyone else has had the problem with the 2.0 version of the mod where no matter what you enter in the menu it always loads up the empires campaign. i seem to have tried everything under the sun to get the other campaigns to work from uninstalling and re installing the mod (done this about 4 times now!) adding patches and redownloading the mod and starting all over again to no avail. i am on vista and the administrator so that shouldnt be a problem. i would appreciate anyones thoughts or ideas.

Even if you are the only person on your computer you’re still going to have administrative issues. You always should run the game in administrative mode. Unfortunately there is no way to turn it off. Also you need to make sure that the Conquest mode can write to the directory of where you have saved your game. I would suggest placing the entire game (Sega/Medieval) into another section on your computer. For example if it’s in Program files(x86), I’d move it into another place where the permission is less. Right mouse click on the folder it is saved. Go to properties and then click the security tab. There should be a window where it tells you what permissions are allowed for that folder. If you do move your game, I would suggest rather than coping and pasteing it into another place, you should reinstalling the entire game.
