    Ok, i don't get it.

    Farms doesn't improve farming incomes in Sylvania, AT ALL.

    I know, Sylvania isn't the best for farming, but since it can build farm buildings, i expect them to generate incomes... It's not a desert, after all. Why aren't they working?

    I think this issue has been discussed, and I think it will be fixed in 1.4, but I'm not sure.

    Sylvania is full of undead, plague, and other misfortunes. It makes sense that it draws no income. Afterall, in the fluff books Sylvania is a starving county, so in my opinion it kinda makes sense, though it makes it harder to have a full blown military, though Vampire counts make up for it with free upkeep units.

    Then make the farms cost less (profit via population growth), or not buildable at all. Also, "poor" doesn't mean that there should be NO incomes at all. If i build new farms it means there would be more food anyway (unless in "starvation" harvest).

    I've searched in the edb but didn't find anything, the buildings have the right "stats" and are available for eastern_european (Vampires are Hungary so it should work for them...).

    Problem is not there, farms are allowed for southern_european and i found no script excluding Sylvania from farming incomes at all.

    Any advice?
