I was thinking alot of sub mods. I have idea to merge them together. But how to do this- i don't knew. Have anyone an idea for this ?

You should start by reading a tutorial on how to add units to the game. Then you will need to get a list of all the files that each mod modifies and add all the modified code together into your mod files. It is boring, time consuming, and requires attention to detail along with some problem solving skills. You will not find someone else to do it for you, I can tell you that. It is not difficult though, copying and pasting text mostly.

Here is a tutorial for merging two mods, I have never read it so I don't know if it is any good. http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=103981. Use the Mod Workshop to ask questions, people are always there to give answers.
