Stuck on a decision..

Usually Im a pretty decisive guy when it comes to the ETW campaign, as usually its a pretty dam easy game, however recently I have been using Darthmod Ultimate Commander. This REALLY BOOSTS the AI's campaign smarts for example: Georgia is at war with Ottoman Empire, but is not as powerful as Ottomans. I (RUSSIA BIOTCH)am at war with Ottoman Empire, and am as strong as Ottomans. AI decision= Ally with me. So far I have already taken Crimea, St.Petersburg, and Abu. But I cant decide where to go next, I have already planned a naval invasion of Antola (of which is controlled by rebels) however it seems that Georgia might get there before me (Georgia is R4Ping the Ottomans like no tomorrow!). So my question is what do I do now? Sweden begged for peace and then after war requested a trade agreement, of which I accepted, I was thinking of sidding with Prussia in war, however they are litteraly at war with every major power in the game excluding the Mughals and the Marthas...

Either seek out and target any rebels/pirates/small states without any allies, or declare war on one of the most powerful countries

Finish off the Ottomans and then turn your attention to the oncoming Orange Plague.

+ Orange Plague (Marthas I'm guessing) are struggling as it is, plus they are my trade partners and soon to be allies.
+ I cant declare war on the worlds most powerful country as both France and Great Britain are my allies (and not by my request)
+ I would go after a small nation except that all of the local ones are allied with one of my allies. ex: Dangestan is allied with Georgia (my ally).
+ I am hoping that austria rawrs up in power, as austria always makes for an interesting war...
+ I would go into the Americas except that I have NO reason AT ALL to do so, its only 1712 and quiet frankly the Natives still very much so control the area in terms of numbers, there would be no good fight to seek out there...
- I think I will go rape the Ottomans, and then turn over all but Constantinople and the connecting settlements to Russia to the Austrians...
- I think I might war with Persia, itlle be an easy war but....
- I think I might cause the American Revolution to happen a bit early
- I think I might war with the Prussians, as they can give me a challenge....
- Eventually I think I might declare war on EVERYONE...
+ I would pick a fight against persia, but it would be too easy and would leave my empire split in half, not to mention they are one of my BEST trade partners.
+ After its all said and done the remaining countries to war with are all too weak, excluding Great Britain or maybe Prussia, I could easily wipe out ANY nation on the planet right now as my army is just simply overwhelmingly experienced and is just HUGE!

Might I suggest going into the Ammiercas but since your not really wanting to attack natives how about wiping out the pirates from the game? If your allied to both france and great britain then spain shouldnt hate you so you can get great trade from there, and a good foothold in America shuold you choose to expand there.

I can never hold an alliance with those two at the same time(GB and France) they always war in my campaigns. Im assuming it'll happen soon to you, so pick sides. Although with their distance from you, unless you make an american campaign then it might not make much sense to go to war with either

I will choose to side with France if the time comes, they will probably be at war with Austria, of which I have every intention of warring with.
