CTD after starting campaign

I am running IB patched to 7.03, on RTW BI 1.6, I had IB on my computer about a year ago, but I got rid of it (not sure why it's a great mod) and I just reinstalled it, but when I get to the main menu, I go to the main campaign, then after I hit start campaign the game crashes to desktop. What am I doing wrong??

I also forgot to say that I am running Windows Vista, and I'm running IB as administrator in XP combatability mode

1. Are you certain that your RTW/BI installation is completely clean of modifications?

2. Do you get any error message?

3. Was this the same settings as you had the last time you had IBFD installed?

4. Did you use the same download as last time? If not, I would say try a new download and reinstall.

1. I have other mods but they are all modfoldered mods.
2. There is no error message
3. I believe that the settings are the same
4. I think that I used the Filefront download both times?

Very strange. Have you tried to do another install?
