questions about 2.1

Alright, some things i want to say/ask:

1)thanks for the new bat files and now i can launch the game, but when i use the patch i can't launch the game anymore, then it says someting about "shared.text:{GERR_GENERIC}...don't really understand that stuff.

2)you use aghart citymodels, i wish to use the originals. So i remove the strat models and replace them and the descr_culture file....but it doesn't work with your mod...when i replace it for SS6.3 it works fine and i play with original settlementmodels. I think it has to do with the fact that you have japanese settlements...etc and hindu... i believe(not sure). So any advice on this one is welcome.

3)your worldmod is unique i would say in all mods i have seen....just one question isn't it possible to have a larger map...settlements are so close, especially europe....or did you reach your max for the map?


Anyway you made a great mod, congratulations are in order.

The shared.txt is one of the files in the text folder. It's possible this folder has been corrupted so I've uploaded the text folder to this post. To install download the text.rar, unpack it, and put the text folder in the 'mods\conquest\data' folder (default location 'C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\conquest\data'). Overwrite the existing files.

testing, not working, same problem. game launches->black screen->have to use alt tab to go back. and without patch it launch....no idea why though. But i think it's my mistake. i just read somewhere you only need to install 2.1full and not the patch. i installed 2.1full + patch....so my mistake apparently....so issue solved( i installed patch double and that gives the problem i mentioned).
