Many people expect the pre-order units to be available at some stage in the future as a DLC - this happened to the similar units in E:TW.

Royal Scot's Greys from Steam (standard edition) and Towarzycs from my Imperial Edition from play.com. If I had a choice I would just have gone for the Royal Scot's Grays. Originally Posted by Propaganda

Scot Greys are just dragoons with fancy headgear nothing more. Twoarczysz on the contary are Polish noble lancers.

Towarczys have the same stats as the standard lancers (plus the inspiring bonus only), and they will fail miserably against any French lancers. Not sure they are worth it. Originally Posted by FilipVonZietek

Basically, when people buy the game they make a choice. Obviously, if they were given the game by someone else then that's a different matter.

I think you do. Of course you (and I and many others) do not have the pre-order units yet. But I expect them to be released as DLC later (this happened with Empire).
