messed up my bc

alright well ive messed up my bc trying to figure out Agart's strat models. i typed the
[io]
file_first = true
into mtw2 cfg. but it deletes itself evertime i go back to see it, yes i save it.
the game now says medieval has encountered an unspecified error and will now exit. i copied the descr_cultures txt into C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\broken_crescent\data
was that the wrong place for it? It overwrote something.
anyone know, i really dont weanna have to uninstall

IIRC, you don't need to copy Agart's descr_cultures.txt. It doesn't have "african" culture, thus CTD. Try to restore BC descr_cultures.
