    Default *General* Health trait.

Hello i dont know if this is a repost if so then im sorry, but i havent bin able to find a post with it for SS 6.3

If think itīs part of Grim Reality mod. What im talking about is the health trait. Where generals get sick and in poor health from beeing out at sea or besieging.

Im not the best of players and i really find it annoying. Is it possible to remove that from SS?? I checked the forums and also the SS part of gryms forum but i coundt find anything adressing removing it.

So far ive just edited all the triggers of the health systen out in the export_descr_character_traits. Im just wondering if this will brake the game in and way.

Not familiar with modding and stuff myself, but yes, it's definitely possible to remove traits.

If you are talking about unhealthy, scurvy, pneumonia etc traits then they are standard SS 6.* traits.

You can remove them using the "remove_trait this traitname" command if they annoy you.

Or simply just keep your general garrisoned, in a city where your religion (I think) dominates, for a few turns (although I am not sure if the 1tpy in 6.3 affect this as it does devastation).

    This should also work.

keeping your general in a settlement recovers him quite fast, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I've never even noticed this, so when your generals get Scurvy, or Unhealthy, etc traits, they will disappear over time?

Yup. A few turns home in bed will cure most illnesses you come about.

Well im using the submod that causes generals to come of age at... (5??) and live longer. Looking through the traits i saw that each turn a general (including 5 year olds) have a 10 chance of getting HaleAndHearty 1 when sitting in a settlement without public baths of any kind. For refference HaleandHeary 1 is extremely unhealthy.

The effect this has is that about 70% of all my sons end up getting that trait by the time they are adults. Sitting in settlements from age 5 to 16 "education" in the early era.

So i tried removing any trigger that would cause HaleAndHearty 1 to appear. This made the games crash. I finally just resorted to putting the chance to 0 with each of the triggers.

So if this bothers anyone else go to export_descr_character_traits.txt file, find the trait name you dont like, Copy paste it into a search box, find all the triggers with the chance of a trait appearing and change the chance to 0.

So far this has worked perfectly for me.
