    Default Flag bearer animation question

    Hi all,

I have tried adding the awesome DLV flag bearers to another mod (because they are so damn cool), and I have managed to add them into the game without any problems.

However, the animation is wrong. The flag is not waving (it's just stiff) and the model's animation seems to be the same as the normal captain.

How do I change the animation so it works properly?

No, I'm rather new at this. What needs to be copied over? Don't know about animations.

its in the data/animations... over there look for the .CAS files for the flag carriers.... then copy them to your mod....

Just take the animations folder and descr_skeleton.txt. Ahhh but it probably makes more sense to do that with SS, which also has these animations.

The way I've arranged the animations in DLV means that it's not simple to transfer my work to another mod. SS' animations should be fine though.

Sorry, Bobahat, I wish I'd realised this before I referred you here! I should have referred you to SS in the first place.
