As in changing screen sizes, right? Try editing your preferences.txt in your ExRM folder? You'll need to increase the maxium resolutions too.

Use the detect best settings option (or something to that effect). I believe it adds all the resolutions to the list then.

It didn't for me mate. All it did was set everything to low detail, when I can actually run ExRM on pretty good settings without any noticeable problems with performance. So I had to change my campaign and battle resolutions to 1360 x 768 manually.

No, what I meant is you select the detect settings option and then magically all of the resolutions become available to you should appear in the drop down menu.

Either that or you're doing it wrong, or it's actually something else you do to make them appear.
