This will put them on a even playing field all having the same number of units on a Fantasy Map that will give each a Opertunity to take the land and also it will have alot of geography involved but will have tactical things that help make up for technolgy like typical Apaches(unit hireable) vs Roman legionaries obiously the legions will win but the Apaches are quicker, have a better throwing weapon and have(usally) bow and arrows men that are just called Apache arrowmen that are(historically acurate) capable and if Roman archers and Apache Bowmen got down to hand to hand the Apache would elimanate the Romans in about 24 seconds and maybe lose one man. However the indian bowmen never set arrows on fire and are in smaller numbers so they may not even get to that point. That seems like pretty good explantion. One problem that I ran into was 21 faction limit but I have a couple questions should I include india aren't they all rebels because of there various tribes but(unlike the North Americans) they never united aganst one enemy.
For the record this has changed alot.
