cannot train units

I'm playing CS at VH/VH, Gracul's AI and am now in my game around turn 110 (mongols are about to invade) and i still cannot train any units except for crossbowmilitia and militiaspearmen.....this is the only issue that is really working on my nervs. I know that it has something to do with RR...the only thing i can say is when i installed the game i choose BYG and Gracul's AI. My save game is attached. With the exception of 2 units eddessian guard and one unit of hospitallers around turn 60 i can't train anything....this is really a minor for me....

I take it you read up on BGR and its limitations on the player?

Yeah, i did but if that's the only issue then that means for controlling +/-30 regions i can't recruit at least a half stack of decent units and i do have citadels....
al the other factions have stacks of their heaviest units.....
