As told,
SciFi and Fantasy TW games are for many ok in general or as Mod. The result of this poll shows it also again, that there are not few who have no problem with it.
Not everyone can be pleased always and we have only to take a look about the happy members because next title is Shogun 2 and to the disappointed people becaus eit is not Rome 2.

I think if there will be in future such a fantasy or SciFi TW game, people get here more in dispute about it. ....

NO! I hope they stick with reality and let modders go after fantasy subjects people want (such as TA:TW). Besides, fantasy mods haven't really caught on much, other than the LOTRs mods which are by far the most successful to my knowledge, and looking at TATW, they'll do it better as they are willing and able to refine it over several years and incorporate more of the communities opinions.

I do agree with all those you mentioned but again, do they not represent a more of a micro time period as opposed to the dynastic nature presented in MTW1/2, RTW........ok maybe not so much ETW as it is only a couple hundred years but still

Personally i think that besides remakes of a few of their titles ie Rome2 and a few expansions for those i cant really see any other option for the hybrid...

But also even if they do go fantasy how popular will it be????? all the big fantasy works have total conversions already ie Westeros, Warhammer, LOTR.

...its gonna be a toughie for em thats one thing for sure....
