I think there is no file for that & the aging is constant that is characters age by 1 year in two turns so for the proper aging you have to set the 1 turn=6 months(0.5 in descr_strat.txt).

You saying 0.5 equals to 6months (1 turn in a year), would that means 1.0 equals to 12 months (2 turns in a year)?

If time scale in descr_start.txt is set to:-
    timescale 2.00
    Then 1 turn= 2 years
    If:-
    timescale 1.00
    Then 1 turn = 1 year.
    Ans so on.

you might also want to adjust aging, as one thing is turns per year, the other is making characters age correctly depending on those years

I think time scale 1.00 is the best choice for aging.

but changing turns per year wont make the generals age accordingly, so you must add a script to fix that

search for GED's script about it

General = the characters age every winter. In the default setting winter is every second round. Meaning the only setting that will work correctly without a script will be two turns per year. (0.5)

GED's script: 12 turns per year with proper aging
