Adult & Adopted Generals are Dying

In the game, adult & adopted generals are dying instantly. In which file is the error ?
I need your help A.S.A.P

Is this happening to a new faction that u added or something.
Coz it only happens when the general is not assigned with a bodyguard unit and he instantly dies after adoption.
