    Default campaign color editing

    as many of you know you can change the color of the nations and add borders and so on by simpley editing a few lines of text. However i have a few questions about them.

    1.) Why in some cases are there 2 sets of values for the colors? i.e.: red 33, green 145, blue 83; red 56, green 180, blue 100;

    2.) If you eliminate borders around each individual section, is there a way to place a border around the very outside of each "kindome" or faction if you would?

    thank you in advance for your time

    It's basically 2 colors, primary and secondary like for england the boundaries are red stripes with yellow outlines.

    No not possible. Boundaries are set region wise not kingdom wise.

    thank you!
    so if its in the main color area does that mean it just adds a depth to the primary color?
