I find this the most hard hstorical battle their is,but it's all about dividing your forces, one side to hold of the enemies coming from the hill, the other side to defeat the enemies that come from the sea(if i remember right )when you defeat those enemies, you can take on the ones on the hill.
This was my tactic,I hope it helpes a bit

Strange, enemies coming from the sea? Historically I recall the english marching with the sea on one side and followed by their ships. And on the other side Saladin and it's army preparing to attack.

I really don't recall, but i think your army is being attacked on your two flanks while you are in march formation(i think so )
Don't give up,play a lot of custom battles to learn the weaknesses of units and such
