Nah, it's a lot better this morning. Really stung last night, though.

To give you an idea of my life lately, my first comment after my wife finished wrapping it was "at least I can still type." I think I really need that vacation. ^_^

In my teens, I did an exchange trip in France. Anyway, we were riding dirt bikes and being the genius that I am, I hit the acceleration and a split second later hit the brake.
Suffice to say I did a mini version of the biker from Mad Max II when he hit the car. Of course, I didn't need a car to hit to make myself go head over heels.

The brake and acceleration were on the handles and I got them mixed up.

Worse I've done is try to open a packet of mozzerella cheese by jabbing the packet with a knife whilst holding the packet with my other hand...

or stepping into a piece of wood with nails in it, nails going through your shoe. and while the painsignals are coming in, you have to balance on one foot and pull the piece of wood off your foot...
and that, one week before you go on a hiking holiday
I was very lucky that the rusty old nail went into a cushion-part of my foot, not hitting anything vulnerable.

ack what a bunch miserable s o bs we are. yet we live!

Try falling face first on to a curb with your hands stuck in your pockets. As a result my two upper front teeth are crowns.

If anyone recall an old game named Microsoft Motocross Madness, I was introduced to it at 4 years old. One year later, I got my first bicycle, which was a trick-cycle. Following four years were ridden with scrubs, cuts and different kinds of wounds. I almost broke my neck and back twice per year.

Indeed. A good friend of mine nearly broke his back a few times, and another did break his back on his push bike.

I haven't had any major accidents cycling (on normal bikes, not motorbikes), though there was a curious incident where I arrived at school ten minutes late with a very dirty and wet arm... but playing cricket certainly gives me enough injuries... first I twisted something at the bottom of the back, now it turns out all my ribs are out of place! And it hurts!

You weren't hit by a fast bowler's bouncer were you? That can do some serious damage. I was lucky enough to only face medium-pace bowlers so never got anything too painful.
