The only diplomatic cheat: diplomatic_stance <faction_a> <faction_b> <allied/neutral/war>
For example: diplomatic_stance England Scotland allied
No more cheats for diplomacy. Try to make better relationship, that makes them easily accept things...

You can make neutral or enemy too...

It's a pitty, cause i just got asked to buy a settlement and despite 10*4000, they won't give it...

The diplomat cheats dont work. I believe they patched it in the 1.1 version of normal medieval 2 total war.

I tried to give the HRE Alliance, trade rights and map information. It was very generous, and they refused. I put on 4000 florins and they still refused

Having an alliances isn't really good in Medieval 2 really cause they can't help you much when you needed help.
