How to play BC on absolute highest quality

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask about this, but how do you play BC 2.02 with the absolute highest video quality, like in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnRKhDRrKgA

I set all my settings to highest but it doesn't even come as close to the quality of that video, so I think it must have something to do with editing your perference.cfg file
because I've seen some code in the cfg files that isn't available in the game's video options. For example:

ground_cover_buffers_per_node = 4
model_buffers_per_node = 4
show_package_litter = 1

texture_filtering = 2

Notice the anti-alising are set to zero, how do you enable it? also a bunch of other numbers.
I think the guy in the video must have set all these to maximum, but the problem is I don't know what the maximum value is.

You need to launch the mod, then set all graphical options to highest, then hit "apply" button, then exit the menu and the mod, then choose bc.cfg file, open its preferences and set it to "read only" - it will prevent from overwriting the file by preferences of M2TW.

And you can play with options on max.

I think he's referring to the perfect quality textures or so
That video is from Vanilla MTW2, all of BC's units are custom made by modders, not by CA

Vanilla textures .. well .. they kinda suck compared to BC.
If i'm allowed to give my humble opinion.

I feel BC has much more detail, and units are much more rugged
I mean, it has immersion to it. What did you expect shiny armour in a battle in the middle east?
