Wierd Financial Issue
Okay - I'm not an expert ruler, but I can deal with my leaders being financially irregular. However, when the game engine goes financially irregular, I am stumped.
I was playing a game as Saba, and was fairly far along into it. I was saving for an upgraded mining complex - the one that costs a small fortune. I was sitting on my 4500 per turn profit when I noticed something wierd - even though the financial end of turn summary showed me to be at 20k, the in game counter showed me at 11,633. I ended the next turn and my summary showed 24k, but the ingame showed only 11,833.
That's a lot of inflation there... Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Did you recruit, repair, refresh units? The in-game mechanisms cannot understand many of EB'S changes, but honestly I do not know detailed things that could go in your direction. I never paid attention to this pop-up as it's IMO only useful to see how much corruption I've got in my empire.

Hmm...
Maybe one or two repairs, but not enough to make up the difference. I ended several more turns and noticed that the ingame counter went up by only 200 each time.

Re: Wierd Financial Issue
Farming income depends on the right time to harvest, trade routes can change because of captures and/or rebellions of foreign towns, your FM's can get good/bad management/financial traits that will also have a deep influence on your income.
However, you can add manually the shown numbers on campaign map to see what real income you have.
