    Does anyone know of a complete list for each factions units and building availabilities?

    I'm asuming you are not asking for 6.1? Because the sticky for that is 3 topis above yours
    Online Units and Buildings Database
    There is none (yet) for 6.3 but you might be able to use
    The R/R R/C Compilation Units Project Page
    as a approximation. A certain error rate is to be expected as the versions differ.
