Beer Money has become quite a helpful member of the community. His AAR's are immensely popular and have a large following, i'll list them here.

I've watched this member from when he first registered. He has grown into quite an accomplished AARtist. At present he has written four separate AAR's and is still working on one or two of them. Over the last few months he has shown great dedication to his work and to his readers. Not only has he been heavily involved in the AAR community, but he has been an avid participant in the Tale of the Week contest, writing a story most weeks and even winning two of the competitions. Beer Money has been awarded the Bronze MAARC medal, a testament to his skill and popularity as a writer.

Beer Money's attitude is easy going and friendly, he is helpful towards other members and takes criticism of his work well, keeping a cool head and staying positive. An example of this member's helpfulness can be seen in this post. I feel this member is a great contributor to TWC and that his talents and personality could greatly benefit the CVRIA and TWC as a whole.

    Regards,
    Saint Nick

"Muscovy", as its rulers have previously called it, is a sleeping giant, with age-old traditions and ways of doing things. Here, the feudal way of life has become so entrenched that the serfs are as tied to the land as cattle, and with almost as few rights. It is a vast, deeply conservative and religious country: Mother Russia and the Orthodox Church are the two pillars of national belief. The Tsar may be the father of his people, but by tradition and practice he is a stern parent. Ivan the Terrible was well named, and he has not been the only ruler with an iron will. Russia is the "Third Rome". The last bastion of Orthodox Christianity.

    Dear Saint Nicholas,

You dropped a patronization request for Beer Money at the CdeC doors but you did not specify whether this was to be posted as a closed or in the Transparancy Trial forum.

I'm not all too impressed with the AARs. Picture heavy with a mediocre story. I'd like to see a little bit more quality work or tangible contribution.

Oh boy, **Gulp**.... I'm a fanboy of the applicant because of his presence in TotW. Time to disregard personal feelings and treat this
    like any other application.

What if Don_Ponti's_ words are in fact the gospel in this case...

Edit: To be quite honest, I'm not impressed at all by the applicant's paragraph. It's clearly underwhelming and amazingly totally devoid of contributions {links}. It seems as though the patron is the one wanting the citizenship, not the applicant. Why should I invest time here when obviously
    the applicant has not.

His name is almost enough to win it for me.
Well, if I, Belisarius, the Black Prince, and you all agree on something, I really don't think there can be any further discussion.

His interest in the site is writing and specificly AAR's and POTW. In the past, I have taken the position that AAR's are not sufficient alone for citizen. The contest competitions are their own reward and thus not really a contribution. His interview is a contribution even though he is not a content writer.

I would also like to see some other contributions such as assisting in the running of a competition.

I am leaning towards a no. The applicant needs more time to broaden out his contribution base.

I'm sorry but I see no need to invest any further time in this. If I am out of line, someone please explain it to me. The applicant has not made an investment in this venture so neither should I.

    No.

This is exactly how i feel about this applicant.

He seems to like writing so i suggest he joins one of the editorials that we have around here to contribute. If he joins one of them i am sure he will rise in rank within 5 to 7 months.

I would also like to see some other contributions such as assisting in the running of a competition.
In which competition might that be?

What would you suggest? Some of the editorials are in need of writers, or that's what i have heard.

    A brief note:

[AAR] M2TW: Catalunya - A Consolidation of Power
[AAR] M2TW: The Survival of Catalunya

These two are archived in the Scriptorium which should count a bit more as a contribution.

His interest seems to be M2TW but more specifically in something of interest to the Critics' Quill. hat should be the first stop for a recruit.
