Creating New Units

This is most likely in the wrong forum and for that I'm sorry but I'm relatively new to Total War Center. My question is how do you actually skin and create new units because I have some Ideas and people seem to really want new units. I would do this for them but I just have no idea where to start. If anyone would be willing to help me out and point me in some direction I would be really Grateful .

I am interesting about how to create new unit for this mod too. I want to include some from AUM units to RR/RC and create new unit ( sindar archers ) but I have no idea how to do it. So if someone know how to do it I would be very grateful.
