Generals going rebel

Iam Lithuania.
I am on turn 120 something. I keep having generals and their armies go rebel on me.

I have lost many elite partial armies to this. It has come to the point where my armies are only in cities except for my faction leader and heir who are in the field. The problem is generals with 5 loyalty and above are going rebel. I loaded a recent save and one general with 7 stars went rebel for no apparent reason. It doesnt look like bribery for I did not see any diplomats or princesses. I have been dealing with this for awhile now.

Is there any way to keep loyalty up or improve loyalty? I dont have any princesses and rarely get them.

I have Savage AI, Bygs, and longer assimilation.

1. Generals with low loyalty are prone to become rebels.
2. Keep them close to ur capital.
3. Increase the Authority of you Faction leader.

I didnt think 5 loyalty was bad. What could I do to increase authority of faction leader? I took a quick look at my leader and he has only one authority.

No 5 is ok enough.
Train spies and assassins and use them on a wide scale. successful missions by them makes ur faction leader gain authority.
Fix the red part and all will be ok for you.
