Crashes

im getting constant crashes at random parts of the game.
occasionaly on the first loading screen. , without fail when i try to load a campaign save. sometimes after a press"end turn" and others right after a battle
this mod is almost perfect. and these crashes ruin it
anyone know a fix for this

Try my the sandbox (custom) campaign in my Real Warhammer mod. It will save you a lot of heartache

I have the same problem and i have installed you sandbox version... but it also does not work

"Vanilla" Call of Warhammer 1.3, getting random crashes during custom battles, didn't tried the campaign yet.

That's a new one. Never heard of that before. It must be an issue with the officers. Are you using any of the Chaos factions by any chance?

Mmh no it crashes several times when playing Dwarves vs Orks. Anyway now i downloaded Real Warhammer and the problem seems to be disappeared: tried a few battles and no problems at all.

Why the campaign is named "sandbox"? What does it changes from "regular" campaing? I have read it's more stable and that is good, but is there a comeback?

Well, the custom campaign is called the "Sandbox" campaign because it gives you more freedom than the normal "Storm of Chaos" campaign. If you want, you can start an Empire Civil War or have the High Elves be friends with the Dark Elves (this isn't meant to be lore-wise). Sometime in the future, the scripted armies will be changed to fit the factions' playstyles so with Averland's armies, you'll see more Halberds and with Reikland's armies, you'll see more diversity.

No, no scripted battles that I know of
