    Default New mod idea

Hey guys, I'm new around here, but I have some ideas about a mod for BI named Ancient TW. It should cover a period from about 1800 BC to 400 BC (and more campaigns). It should have:

-new faction names, units and symbols
    -new campaign maps
    -new events
    -new religions
-new factions that emerge after the campaign start date
    -(and others)

There's already an Antiquity: Total War in production covering the Bronze Age. Otherwise, sorry, but the scope of this mod is way too big to be practical. People have tried it before.

We could at least try it with only one campaign covering Greece or the Middle and Near East

dude if you really want to make your own mod you need to
    1. Make reasonable Timeframe
2.See what other mods are out
3.Make one about something unique or about something in history that is almost forgotten(these kind usually are popular)
but i'm starting work on a second back mod of mine its about the Pelopennisian Wars, you can consider joining if you like, chances are that if you join you will end up with just about total control of the mod.
another good thing about mods is
Don't try to do so many things at once, overcarrying things is bad.
other than that s'all the advice i got man, good luck on making a mod
btw don't steal that Pelopennisian mod or don't make a mod about the Roman Empire i got that one there is way too many to create another roman mod but heres a plus side to that you can make a mod about the Rise of Rome itself say timeline being somewhere between 753 B.C.E.-around maybe 400 B.C.E. something like that.

This thread is 5 years old, so I'm pretty sure this idea died.

    @ Pazu :
why did you want to re-surface the idea? interested? you should narrow the timeline a bit, for a starter
