Basically Dale used to be the leader of a clan. He then declared Waaagh on Sith 'cause he got bored. here is the link to what happened:

REX Clan publicly declared war against Sith on their forum and was confirmed by Dale directly to myself. We did not choose to go to war, it was brought upon us.

If Dale wishes to negotiate the terms of his clans surrender he can do so with me. Until an agreement has been made we will continue to embarrass these foolish noobs until their clan dissolves. After which a war shield shall be given.

The terms of REX's surrender would be, Dale posting in public areas of his forum and ours that he is completely ed in the head and has a very small penis along with a sincere apology for his members behaviour towards the Sith Clan and its members, also with a statement that his clan sucks balls and is the clan to ever exist in TW history and his members are all noobs.
