Default Corruption over 40k a turn help??

So I've never had a major problem with corruption in vanilla m2tw or any other mods for the game. But it seems that with stainless steel its almost multiplied on an ungodly level. My corruption usually hovers around 40k but at some points can hit 50k+. I do have a large empire encompassing most all of egypt most of africa half of england and the majority of the Iberian Peninsula ive tried moving my capital around to different places but this has no effect whatsoever. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me like your empire is too spread out. You get much less corruption when most of your settlements are in once place.
Edit: also, build buildings that increase law, law reduces corruption. So town halls for example, can help a lot. And put governors with law-boosting traits in the cities with the highest corruption.

corruption is just broken tbh.. you can remove corruption ( from distance , which is main corruption ) by editing some script file.. cant recall which one now.. but im sure if you want that.. just ask around

i believe he is asking around "here".

To prevent corruption, keep your capital at the center of things. If your corruption is too much you expanded too quickly and should sell off some settlements that are far away. Land in england and the ME does not work well.
