I currently have an heir with no loyalty, and even stranger he has the envies the heir trait? how can I fix this either by play or trait and ancillary changes?

the traits he has are
-1 envies the heir
-1 fels unappreciated
-1 speaks of loyalty

+1 of English blood

heir of the Dynasty doesn't affect loyalty but I would think it would by at least 1 how can I make this possible, and should heir of the Dynasty make the Envies the heir trait go away???

Seems, a black sheep has gathered the heir position ... however, this belongs to the traits concept, that something like that can happen. Perhaps send him on a suicide mission

That would be plausible. Just look for the Envie trait, and check the antitraits and eventually add the Heir trait. As well you could try to add the Envie effect to the Heir effect as negation in the trigger section.
