    Default New culture - adding buildings

    Hi,

    I added a new culture and settlement core buildings to it. When I conquer this town the time counddown doesn't start.
    Anyway how does the game know which buildings to use to the cultures? E.g. in vanilla using north european buildings to the eastern european culture. If you want to say descr_cultures.txt, please refer the exact line in the code.

    The count down (3 minutes) only starts when you have a majority in the town square and your opponent hasn't routed completely.
    If you didn't create a building folder for your new culture the default (southern_european) is used.

    It used mesoamerican city plans. Ever after I deleted that culture from descr_cultures.txt. That's why I edited north_european_city_a.worldpkgdesc. Now I have north european city plan on the battlefield but there is this coundtdown problem.
