I just downloaded CoW and its great so far, but I have a few problems which need to be solved.

I have a problem with the dwarfen quarrelers. In open battle, many soldiers of one unit refuse to fire because they have not fully line of sight to their target and something is standing between them and their target. On walls they are almost completely useless.
Is it possible to adjust something to get more effective quarrelers?

Another problem: The boiling oil in Sieges does not kill any enemy, I dont think this is intended, can I change that?
