When I think about it, Dusan got involved in Byzantium cause of Kantakuzenos with whom he was allied first, and eventually created an empire. So, yes, go Kantakuzenos!

Hi guys.I have been following this mod for long time and i have i question:Is it released yet?-Cause i really wanna play with Serbian Tsardom and crush Ottoman Empire.

And if it isn't released yet,does anyone know the average or exact process or something?

It's not released yet. Serbian and Bosnian faction, map and some other things has to be finished. But it's close. IMO

Well I would under no circumstances ever vote for the "Hapsburgs" because the mispelling of the faction makes it rather unattractive.

We know there are spelling mistakes....and some other changes...(e.g. there isn't Achaea [actually, it was a pricnipallity...]anymore in the game, it is replaced by Duchy of Athens and Neopatria...)

but we must send a message to an Administrator to do all the changes (because the Local Moderators cannot itervene with the Polls).....and this is of lesser importance to bother them with our requests..

Actually it's not necessary a spelling mistake, I have seen it spelled as Hapsburg many times including in historical circles.

both are right, but it's more common as habsburg. we'll correct that mistake

by the way, wiki says: "The House of Habsburg, also found as Hapsburg..."

And I don't really care about the rest , but there definately should be another balcan force or East european faction. I've never played a mod with one of the Romanian voievodates in it other than Clouds across Europe, but it doesn't have the span of units and technology as Tsardom. They even got the names wrong+ no diacritics. I hope Tsardom will solve this .

Diacritics are not possible due to game engine limitations. Try Chivalry II: Sicillian Vespers, it has Wallachia in the Renaissance Campaign.

no, it is possible for the game engine...both the cyrrilic alhpabet and the diacritics....

BUT this is an international modification.... for this reason the standard English Alphabet should be used....there are many people (including me ) who have no idea who the diacritics are pronounced.... this will make the game to adress to a much smaller "target group", something we want to avoid... for the same reason, there will be no cyrrilic alphabet... also for the turkish names, the "extended" latin turkish alphabet is not an option, fistly because it's modern, and secondly because it has diacritics.....

Oh ok, didn't know that then. I thought they are not used because it's not possible. Don't necessarily think that by adding diacritics it would drive any potential gamers away, but i guess it does add an extra layer of difficulty for modders.

But without diacritics you'd have the wrong idea. F.e. you'd have Drastar instead of Drăstăr.
Of course, I'm not saying you should use diacritics, only that without them things get more inaccurate (while with them you know there's some special pronounciation - I f.e. had no problem guessing that Ștefan cel Mare is pronounced as Shtefan chel Mare, eventhough I was a kid when I was in Romania).

I'm no modder, but if I remember correctly EB (for RTW) has some kind of option when you instal it: you can enable the latin names (or was it native ?) instead of the English ones; you can do this with Tsardoms too we can choose when instaling the mod whether to use diacritics for names or not, but I'm sure it requires a lot of work
