    Did u select the right option in setup? Mine won't let me build so I'm sure the script is fine unless you edited your campaign script.

    Ok, i found the problem i installed the FTT submod, and it breaks the script

    I need help here, can someone pls kindly upload the campagin_script.txt located in "SS6.3\data\campaign\early" and "SS6.3\data\campaign\late" for me, i need these files to revert back to normal 6.3, because the FFT submod replaces them, and i don't want to reinstall since i deleted the install files, thanks i advance.

    Running SS_setup.exe again should restore the old campaign_script.

    no, FFT submod replaces the campagin_script which SS_setup uses

    Well, you could always simply not build on the first turn after a capture. I agree it is annoying, but personally I can't live without the FTT mod.

    The new version fixes the campaign script brake-age. Thats why you should have discussed this in that submods forum.
    Also, the X edition re-replaces those files (I think) and that works fine as well, so the 3.1 or X will fix your problem.

    dunno why, but the Assimilation script is not working in FTT3.1 for me

    That is very strange. I just even set up my game to do that and it worked fine. try installing the x version or reinstall the game?

    ok, i will try reinstalling since i cannot find a way to fix it. But this is still very strange, maybe i have installed FTT2.0 before, which causes this problem?

    2.0 is a problem but 3.1 should have fixed 2.0. Sometimes strange things happen though, which is why 3.0 was designed anyway Strange things...

    Damn, i found the problem at last, the ass script needs some seconds to "warm up", it won't work at the start of your campaign, thats why i was misleaded. Anyway, problem solved.

    Truly? I had no idea that happened. But the best way to check for problems [In the future] is to play 50 turns and see what happens. A long time, yes, but you can still have fun doing it

    Actually.... it is so wierd. The ass script needs a warm up everytime i capture a settlement, i have to wait a few seconds before it start to prevent me to build.... and i remember in 6.2 RR/RC it prevent me to build right away..

    It is only supposed to prevent you from building on the first turn you capture that. Any turn after the turn you capture it you should be allowed to build. I think this should be moved to the bug reports thread since the assim script is a part of 6.3.

    I have not installed FTT, but I was at turn 18-19, so are we saying its not warmed up!!!

    Possibly Considering his problem seemed to be unrelated to FTT. The whole thing seems a tad wacky to me. I personally believe this deserves a good ole look over by Gracul and a position in the bugs forum
