    Default Religion and Conversion Glitches (See post Aug 18th)

    Hey guys... Yeah its me and im back. This time not completely about scripting persay but its effects. When you convert a faction using the Lithuania conversion script, how does it effect the AI? I dont want to destroy the world with one Germany becoming Muslim xP

    Some parts of the AI calculations are based on religion (descr_faction_standing), so switching from pagan to catholic affects that. In the teutonic campaign_script is also a monitor about changing the AI based on some script input (Teutons AI changes after Lithuania converts). Not exactly sure how that works.

    Gigantus when it happens it changes the faction_label of Lithuania and Teutons that is the one that corresponds to the descr_campaign_ai.xml. So in short religion changes AI data changes so new AI friendly to catholic type.

    Hmm. Well that doesn't sound like it would be so bad to change a religion without changing tags. It's not like two neighboring Catholic normal nations don't fight or even hate each other. Germany and France almost always duke it out, or Hungary and Venice. So if Lithuania as a Catholic started fighting the Teutons, it wouldn't be so bad

    Hello again
    So I've been working on the scripts and I see some strange side effects.
    When its just the script without the blue part, then it works fine. When it has the blue part, the red part converts the faction religion and gives the blue parts population, and the blue part does not change the faction religion but does change the population. Any auggestions?

    Tried it before, didn't work. But now that I think of it, I had to correct some errors that broke the script then as well, and for some reason in my mind I did both (Change from what you suggested and corrected errors)

    So Yeah, I think I'll try that again!

    Yup! That did the trick! Not sure why I didn't think of that (Or did and made a stupid mistake )
