CANNOT get this mod to work!

I have done everything first i had a problem with the mss32.dll but fixed that but now when i try to start invasio barbarorum the little rome tw window comes up but it never starts...can anyone help me..?

But there are three mods for IB. There is IB:SAI (Version 3), IB:RR (Version 7.03) and IB:FG (Version 4)

For either one, you must have a clean vanilla RTW and BI folders otherwise you may experience problems with the mods.

So please ensure that you have vanilla RTW/BI folders and install the mod correctly.
