    Default Religion Conversion and AI?

    So I read somewhere (I think ceaser said it) That religion conversions mess with the AI. I was curious as how this exactly effected the AI? I did some research on things like AI religion tags (Such as nomad) but I dont see how this would be glitchy. England would behave the same way it would to France normally regardless of religion if England were Islam. And assuming that happend in life, it would be correct. Just because a nations religion changes does not mean they would harass anyone around them that wasn't the proper religion.

    I am not sure, but maybe the excomm ain't directed towards religion but factions instead...

    for example: if Lithuania was turned christian it will never get excommunicated 'cause the excomm strings relates to factions and not religion?


    and maybe it has something to do with scripting behavior with priests and such, that a change in religion nullifies the training of specific agents?



    just fantasizing though....

    Well I already have enough on my mind about trying to switch the training from pagan units too catholic ones (Such as a priest or church)
    But yeah that could be it. But Ive seen the byzantine empire as catholic and they got excommed for killing the hungarians

    that's interesting... then I guess it could be something about AI behaviour or such...

    haven't seen the files that alters/triggers these things though, so I am at a loss concerning the correct code...

    I know some of the code... It's just concerning me that I might brake the game xD and I am NOT putting 12 more hours into braking things on top of what I do by accident!

    There's console commands to change religion IIRC, so all you do is put a few triggers in the campaign_script and make it run those console commands.
