    Default Castle and city experience

    hey, ive been playing third age total war and I've noticed that my elven generals will get their command stats decreased over time. Was wondering if i could do something about this.

    Check the traits file for it and see which trait is the culprit that causes the command to drop.
    The file is export_descr_characters_trait.txt
