How to change ruler title?

I was wondering how I could change my rulers title from "King" to something else.

Yep Sir Ron is right and it's a bin file you have to change to .txt or instead use a .bin editor.
In it u will find something like this:-
{EMT_DENMARK_FACTION_LEADER_NAME}King %S
Change it to like:-
{EMT_DENMARK_FACTION_LEADER_NAME}Emperor %S

Where "%S" corresponds to the real name of the king so don't mess up that.
